Your calculator answers
In this version, the questionnaire processes answers in memory in your browser page. The calculator code does not send those answers to a server, analytics service, payment provider or lead-generation form. No name, email, telephone number or document upload is required.
Refreshing or closing the page clears the current assessment. Printing creates an output through your own browser or device; protect any copy you choose to save or share.
Information from the previous paid version
The updated calculator removes the old pending-assessment item from local browser storage if one exists. It no longer starts checkout. Historical transaction records held by the payment provider or site operator are not deleted by this update.
Website delivery
The site is hosted on Netlify. Delivering a web page can involve standard request information such as IP address, browser details and request time in hosting or security logs. This is separate from the answers kept in the questionnaire page.

Links to official provincial resources open third-party websites with their own privacy practices. Your calculator answers are not included in those links.
Analytics and cookies
This release adds no advertising scripts, tracking pixels, analytics events or calculator cookies. It does not store the new assessment in local storage. Browser features and hosting infrastructure operate separately from this calculator code.

Choosing to contact us by email
The contact link opens your own email application addressed to CarInjuryCalculator@gmail.com. It includes only a general subject line. The calculator does not put injury answers, financial amounts, names or documents into the email, its URL or any background request.
When you send an email, the website operator receives what you choose to include along with ordinary message information, such as your email address and timestamp. Email is handled through your provider and Gmail and is separate from the temporary calculator session. Closing the calculator does not delete an email already sent.
Keep the first enquiry brief. Do not send medical records, ID documents or banking details in an initial message. Confirm the intended legal professional, consent to any proposed sharing, and agree on a secure document-sharing method before sending sensitive documents. The website contains no automated forwarding or referral system.
